Online & Phone Purchases - Return & Exchange Policy

WE WANT YOU TO BE COMPLETELY HAPPY WITH YOUR LIMEAPPLE PURCHASE.We accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed merchandise with the original tags attached within 30 days.  

North American Customers have 3 options when returning:

  1. Refund:Receive a full refund back to your original payment method. Please note that we offer the option of sending you a shipping label for your refund return, at the cost of $8.99, which we will deduct from your refund OR you are able to pay to ship yourself without our shipping label. Returns must be sent out within 30 days to be eligible for a refund.
  1. Exchange:  If you need a different size, color, or pattern, we’re happy to help and exchanges are  free as long as you use our shipping label. Exchanges must be sent out within 90 days to be eligible for an exchange.
  1. Store Credit: Receive a Limeapple store credit for the amount of your return, get a FREE return shipping label and a   BONUS $7 credit you can use toward finding something else you’ll love. Returns can receive a store credit for up to 90 days.

  2. Pack and seal your box securely, in the original packaging if possible.
  3. Print the address tag for USA or Canada and affix it to the package to be returned.  
    Include a copy of the receipt in the package (or printed shipment email).
  4. Ship your return/exchange with a carrier that will provide you with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost.  You will be responsible for return shipping costs if you do not use our shipping label.


We accept international returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed merchandise with the original tags attached within 30 days of receipt.

International customers are responsible for all return costs, unless products are in some way damaged.  



In order to receive a refund or exchange:   

  • All hangtags must be attached to the garment
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed
  • Swimwear, must be returned with the hygienic liner intact.  Any swimwear received without the hygienic liner intact will receive no refund or store credit.
  • Please note, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on Outlet, headgear & gift cards.

Once your package has been received, your refund will be issued in the original form of payment within seven business days. You will be notified via email when this transaction is complete.  Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account after they have received the information from us.


  • We will ship the new item to you via ground delivery at no extra charge (Canadian and US orders only).
  • If you wish to have the item expedited, you will be responsible for the additional charges.
